botters , radars, kampers and such

Ohh YEa!!! I have a complaint, having to do with WildBill....
he is a Major Spawn Camper, and i hate to say, he has got pretty good at it too....
he likes to pick only a few maps and knows just where to sit.

I know that he has been warned a couple of times, by myself(if that does n e good) and Jaimin.

I am sure most of the active players can agree with me, knowing WildBill Spawn Camps.

Yeah Hizi was bottin one game the other day, he got pissed when i beat him so the next map he beat me by at least 30 frags then went back to playin crappy.

thought i banned him.
i kicked him.
did not ban.
a couple of days later
saw him and asked him if he was gona bott.
lol he left.
and banned his ip.

I caught someone botting this morning in the UT99 server.

Here are the details for the Admins:

Botter's Name: ORB
Time: 5:55-6:20AM EST 2/7/2011
Maps Involved: House and NakedRoom

I was able to get a Demorec of the guy in "behindview 0" mode. I've also ran it by MoreCowbell and he said that the guy was "Botting Bigtime".

If anyone wishes to see the demorec of the guy, it can be found here Just download it and watch away. Of note is the sequences where he used the Zark Rifle and the LiquidSteel.

Hey guys, just thought that I'd give you an update on this case:

First off, I've gone ahead and reported the botter to Zena for him to review the case.

Secondly, when I told Zena that the botter's name was "ORB", he seemed real surprised. He said that he played a player named "ORB" before. So were not sure about this, but Zena said that the botter that I caught might be aliasing to hide his true identity. I'll let Zena make the call on that, and I'll keep you informed if he tells me anything significant.

Finally, I liked playing on your server, and look forward to fragging along side of your elite members. I'm just hoping that I can keep up with you all.

I support what I said in regards to ORB. I have the demorec and would be happy to post in on YouTube for Zena. Cause Zena still hasn't figured out how to play demorec's yet

Whoever this "ORB" is, was very obviously botting. Camping in the naked room up top on the windows.... peeking his head over the side every so often to kile 2-4 people in a second or two.

I stand by what you said as well, MoreCowbell. You are a valuable asset for the fight against these stupid botters, and I really respect and appreciate you and the admins for that.

However, speaking of those damn botters, I caught another one in the maps on Wednesday.

Here are the details of that case:

Name of Botter: I
Time of Day: About 8:30PM EST 2/9/2011
Maps Involved:Deck 14 and Deck 16][
Time Played on both maps: 1 Minute apiece
FPH on Both Maps: 2700
Ping on both Maps: 180

Also I was able to get demorec's of him botting on the aforementioned 2 maps. The one of him botting in Deck 14 can be downloaded HERE. The one of him botting in Deck 16][ can be downloaded HERE. The one of him in Deck 14 isn't that impressive. But watch when he has the Barret 50 and Bubblegun in Deck 16][. He's DEFINITELY botting then.

I've forwarded these videos to Zena for review as well and, like the other one, I'll keep you informed of anything useful that Zena tells me!
